Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and physical store operated by Dreamland Space International Trading LLC SOC (“Dreamland Space”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Office No. 14, Mahmood Dallai Building, Naif Road, Deira, Dubai, U.A.E.

By placing an order, making a purchase, or engaging with any of our services — whether online or in-store — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein (including our Shipping Policy, Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Products & Eligibility

Dreamland Space sells electronics and gaming products including but not limited to:

• Video game consoles: PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and related accessories
• PC gaming hardware: graphics cards, processors, gaming monitors, peripherals
• Video games (physical and digital codes) across all major platforms
• Gaming chairs, headsets, controllers, and other gaming accessories
• Consumer electronics and tech accessories

To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Certain products may carry regional age ratings (e.g., PEGI, ESRB) and we reserve the right to refuse sale of age-restricted content where appropriate documentation is not provided.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely free of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and update your order accordingly.

Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancy
• Pricing errors or inaccuracies on the website or in-store
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Inability to obtain payment authorization

An order is confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation from us via email or written receipt. We are not liable for losses arising from orders that were not confirmed.

Payments

We accept a range of payment methods including cash (in-store), credit/debit cards, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched or handed over.

For online transactions, your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Dreamland Space does not store sensitive card data.

In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and take appropriate action. Any bank fees, foreign exchange charges, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and to selected international destinations. Delivery timelines, rates, and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points to note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
• Signature may be required upon receipt. If no one is available, a redelivery fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Our full policy is outlined in the Refund Policy and Exchange Policy pages. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms. Key provisions include:

• Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to condition verification.
• Opened software, digital codes, and downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the seal is broken or the code has been redeemed.
• Defective or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/video).
• Items showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Dreamland Space reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Warranties

Products sold by Dreamland Space are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures vary by brand and product type (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC components, etc.).

Dreamland Space may provide facilitation support for warranty claims with manufacturers, but is not the warranty provider unless explicitly stated.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:

• Physical damage, drops, or liquid exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications (including jailbreaking or modchip installation)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or third-party accessories

Intellectual Property

All content on the Dreamland Space website — including logos, graphics, text, product images, and branding — is the property of Dreamland Space International Trading LLC SOC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our platforms without prior written permission. Product names, trademarks, and brand marks (PlayStation®, Xbox®, Nintendo®, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Prohibited Use

When using our website or purchasing from us, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our website or systems
• Purchase products for unauthorized resale or scalping, particularly during limited releases
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward our staff
• Circumvent any security or access controls on our systems

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or restrict access to any person found to be in violation of these prohibitions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamland Space International Trading LLC SOC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our products or services
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in our website or communications
• Third-party actions, including couriers, payment processors, or manufacturers
• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of purchased products

Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product(s). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We collect information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
