Section 01

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at Dreamland Space International Trading LLC SOC, whether in-store at our Deira, Dubai location or through any online sales channel. It covers gaming consoles, video games, PC hardware, accessories, and all other products we sell.

We are committed to fair and transparent dealings. Where a product is eligible for a refund, we will process it promptly. However, due to the nature of gaming and electronics products — particularly software, digital content, and opened items — certain purchases are final.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Section 02

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Tip: Keep your receipt and original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items returned without their original box, accessories, or documentation may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Section 03

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Final Sale — No Refunds or Exchanges:
  • Opened physical game discs or cartridges (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox)
  • Digital download codes — once the code is revealed, provided, or redeemed
  • PSN, Xbox, Nintendo eShop wallet top-up cards
  • PlayStation Plus, Xbox Game Pass, or any subscription cards once opened
  • In-game currency, DLC, or season passes
  • PC game keys and Steam/Epic codes
  • Opened consumables (thermal paste, cleaning kits, etc.)
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional events marked as non-refundable

This policy exists because opened software can be copied and digital codes can be redeemed immediately, making resale impossible. We appreciate your understanding.

Section 04

Defective or Faulty Items

We take product quality seriously. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or develops a manufacturing fault, please follow these steps:

Report within 48 hours
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving or purchasing the item. Late reports may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Provide evidence
Share clear photos or a video demonstrating the defect or fault. This is required for all defective claims.

Our team assesses the claim
We will review the evidence and, where needed, request the item be returned for inspection. Assessment typically takes 2–3 business days.

Resolution: replacement or refund
If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement unit or a full refund at your preference.
Please note: Damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid, unauthorized modification, jailbreaking, or use of third-party accessories that caused damage) is not covered under this policy and will be referred to the manufacturer's warranty process instead.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us using one of the following methods:

  • In-store: Visit us at Office No. 14, Mahmood Dallai Building, Naif Road, Deira, Dubai with your item and original receipt.
  • Email: Send your request to contactdreamlandspace@gmail.com or info@dreamlandspaceint.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the refund.
  • Phone: Call us on (+971) 52 375 4105 or (+971) 04 5705412 during business hours.

When contacting us, please include:

  1. Your full name and contact number
  2. Original receipt or order confirmation number
  3. Product name and description
  4. Reason for the refund request
  5. Photos or video (for defective items)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days.

Section 06

Refund Methods & Timelines

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Dreamland Space is not responsible for delays on the bank's end once the refund has been initiated from our side.

Note: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Dreamland Space and does not expire.
Section 07

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made at our physical store in Deira, Dubai:

  • Bring the item to our store within 7 days of purchase in its original, sealed condition.
  • Your original receipt is mandatory — no receipt, no refund.
  • Our store team will inspect the item before approving the refund.
  • Cash refunds for in-store purchases are processed immediately upon approval.
  • Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Store hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (GST)

Section 08

Online & Delivery Orders

For orders placed online or delivered to your address:

  • The 7-day refund window begins from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the courier).
  • You are responsible for returning the item to our store or arranging a return pickup. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • Items must be securely packaged for return to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
  • Do not return items without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Incorrect or missing items: If your order arrived with the wrong product or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve this at no extra cost to you.
Section 09

Warranty Claims

Many products sold by Dreamland Space are covered by a manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo). If a product develops a fault after the 7-day refund window, it may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Dreamland Space can assist in facilitating warranty claims with manufacturers, however:

  • Warranty terms and duration are set by the manufacturer, not Dreamland Space.
  • Warranty claims may require the product to be sent to the manufacturer's service centre.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or user-caused defects.
  • Dreamland Space is not liable for the outcome of manufacturer warranty decisions.

Section 10

Refused Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following situations:

  • The item has been opened, used, or tampered with (except in confirmed defect cases)
  • The 7-day return window has passed
  • No valid proof of purchase is provided
  • The item shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification
  • The product is in a non-refundable category (digital codes, opened software, subscriptions)
  • The item is not in its original condition or is missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
  • The refund is suspected to be fraudulent or part of an abuse of our return policy

If your refund request is refused, we will inform you of the reason. You may contact our management team to escalate if you believe the decision was made in error.
